How long does my repair usually take?
If you are repairing a apple cell phone then usually takes about 30 min start to finish Samsung may take 25 min or so start to finish.

Do you include a warranty with my repair?
iRepairDr offers a 90 day warranty on all screen repairs. We will fix the defect or replace the part. Water damage repairs and physical damage are excluded from warranty protection.

Are your parts OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture)?
The parts are the same quality that you had your device before it broke. We use the highest quality parts on all our repairs and sales. Each and every part is hand tested before shipping.

How do I send my device in for repair?
Send your device preferably in the original packaging wrapped in bubble wrap shipped by priority mail, ups, or FedEx. Please make sure you add a tracking service and insurance. If it gets lost in the mail before it reaches is wouldn't be good so please insure your device!

How long does it usually take to have my tablet repaired by iRepairDr?
Turn around time is 24 hours. Sometimes in a rare case we will have to have your device a bit longer then 24hours but we will let you know ahead of time.

Will I lose any data on my phone?
No most repairs do not require us to have to reset your device.

Will my device work like it did before I broke it?
It will work as good as it did before the repair. 99% of the repairs we do do not affect the software aspect of your device.
